As an owner of several properties in the Durham area I have used the services of Robinson's Lettings over a considerable period of time. Having dealt with other lettings agencies some of whom lack professionalism and project an image of "cowboy" or "line their own pocket" mentality it is reassuring that Robinson's staff are always reliable and courteous with excellent knowledge and contacts. I have a small portfolio of properties in the Chester le Street, Durham City and Spennymoor areas and as you know different areas, means different levels of performance amongst agents. I have historically used a competitor to source tenants in the Spennymoor area but the level of service has dropped off in recent years, to such an extent that I decided to change agent.

As a result I have had contact with the manager and staff of your Spennymoor branch and formed a good working relationship with them. The most recent experience was a request I made to Lynne and her team ( primarily Mandy ) to source me a quality tenant in a short time frame. Needless to say they have done the business, and to such an extent that I have decided to drop you a line just to let you know what valued team members you have as a Company Director at Spennymoor.

For the past fifteen months I have been in the process of moving house, it has been a long and arduous journey as we were in a large chain.
