Robinsons do not deal with or arrange any bills. Some Landlords may include bills within the rent, but this can be confirmed by the office.
Are the properties furnished?
All of our properties will include furniture of varying amounts, but they will all include the basic following elements:
Living room furniture such as sofas
Cooking facilities
Fridge / Freezer and washing machine
Selection of kitchen utensils, cuttlery and crockery etc
Beds and other bedroom furniture.
Do you provide single rooms?
We normally let to groups of friends, however there are instances where single students need a little guidance and we may be able to assist you in finding appropriate accommodation.
