Whilst we have grown rapidly, we have not lost sight of our values, principles and objectives. The principal of the company, George Robinson has set and maintained very high professional standards.

One of the more basic standards that he often quotes is ‘treat every client as you’d like to be treat yourself – and you can’t go far wrong’. We have many thousands of clients who have favoured us with repeat business who are a testament to the standards that have been set.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff, all of who are well trained and highly motivated.  We are certainly a family firm as we do employ many family related members within the organisation.

We pride ourselves in being a multi-disciplinary firm of chartered surveyors – which simply means whatever your property requirements we will have it covered: -

Estate Agency: we have a network of offices throughout the North East – either Robinsons or Fine & Country (Homes from Robinsons).

Surveys and Valuations: we carry out many thousands of surveys every year for private and corporate clients.

Mortgage Advice: from Mortgage Choice from Robinsons. George Robinson t/a Mortgage Choice from Robinsons is an appointed representative of First Complete Ltd who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. 

Property lettings and management: we manage over one thousand properties for clients all over the world.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s): Energy Performance Certificates are undertaken daily by our trained energy assessors.

Conveyancing: we have a network of solicitors who provide discounted legal services for our clients.
