Are Bills Included?

No, we do not include bills in the rental prices of our properties, as we feel this to be unfair on our Tenants. There are several months of the year where Tenants would not be in the property (ie Winter and Summer), but the contract would dictate a set monthly amount whether the property was lived-in or not, therefore charging Tenants for Gas & Electric which they will not have any benefit of.

Are the properties furnished?

All of our properties will include furniture of varying amounts, but they will all include the basic following elements: 

• Living room furniture such as sofas
• Cooking facilities
• Fridge / Freezer and washing machine
• Selection of kitchen utensils, cuttlery and crockery etc
• Beds and other bedroom furniture.

Do you provide single rooms?

We normally let to groups of friends, however there are instances where single students need a little guidance and we may be able to assist you in finding appropriate accommodation. 

Do I have to pay Council Tax?

No. Students are exempt from paying Council Tax.
